Josh moved into the coaching space, determined to provide a high quality and accessible service that he knew would benefit those around him.

Josh has an extensive history within the strength training space, with over 10 years experience and competing at a National level in Powerlifting.

His main focus with clients is educating them alongside their training, to create a better understanding of what’s important for their longterm progression.

Josh is determined to pass on his knowledge and wants others to have access to high quality information to reach their goals.

Ella entered Nutrition Coaching with a passion for working with people. She’s been able to combine her love of working with people, with her other passions of sports and health.

Ella is committed to empowering you by helping you understand the “why” behind nutritional strategies. She wants to enable you to make informed decisions and get the outcomes you want with confidence.

Since 2018, Ella has been an avid powerlifter, using the sport as a tool to overcome limitations, surpass expectations, and achieve new goals.

Ella is passionate about combining sports performance with health and enabling you to reach your goals in sustainable and maintainable ways.
